Jaideep ventured into the world of Real Estate back in 2004. Having accumulated rich work experience of over 16 years across diverse markets in India, Jaideep has undertaken the task of expanding Legion’s footprint in Bengaluru.
One of the founding members of Legion, Jaideep was instrumental in new client acquisitions. In addition to this, he has also played a key role in defining the firm’s service delivery model.
Prior to his entrepreneurial stint, Jaideep worked with Mahindra LifeSpaces followed by a 6-year stint with Cushman & Wakefield (C&W). He was amongst the top performers in C&W in terms of revenue and new client acquisition. Having managed the portfolios of Fortune 500 companies like IBM, Nokia, Symantec, and Pfizer, Jaideep has the experience and knowledge of handling complex Real Estate transactions.
He is currently a member and an assessor with the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). He holds an MGA degree from Southampton Solent University, United Kingdom.
He is currently based in Bengaluru and oversees transactions in Chennai as well.

Gaurav started his Real Estate journey as a freelancer. In less than 6 months, his business acumen coupled with an innate ability to exceed customer expectations every single time saw him become a partner in Legion Realty Services.
Over the past 9 years, Gaurav has earned the admiration of clients and competitors alike making him a well-respected, dependable professional. He is an Urban Planner by Qualification with a degree earned from G R D School of Planning, Amritsar.

Prior to his entrepreneurial stint, Gaurav was a successful banker who worked with Kotak Mahindra Bank. His role included managing Customer Acquisition Channels for Corporate Salary Accounts, achieving Branch-wise Sales and Value Targets, and Quality Control. Gaurav was key in setting up an entire channel for the location, with a growth of 2800% for Pune as a location.
Today, as a co-founder, Gaurav runs operations in Pune where he builds on the legacy of Legion.
